The breakfast service was acceptable , with a reasonable selection of items.

I FOUND that the advertised parking was misleading , as i had to park a considerable distance away and incur additional costs. the cleanliness of the bathroom was also substandard . I noticed visible dirt and hairs , which was quite disappointing. finally , the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm during the night

The location was fantastic. I enjoyed the easy stroll into the center. Breakfast included large portions and a lovely dining room atmosphere. The staff were warm and cute. I felt right at home.

The stairs needed attention. I had to climb many stairs to reach my room. It was a minor inconvenience.

the front desk man was very polite and he shows me how i can use the doors. the room i got it was so decent, it had complimentary white company toiletries. i had ordered full english, fruit, toast, and pastries at breakfast. the food was fresh!

the room was cleaned where visible but the toilet and bath were dirty. they need to clean this better.

my room was a super double room that was very clean and very decent in size, which i loved. the bed was very comfortable and i really got a good rest. it was very easy to relax after all the city tours.

breakfast was preordered at check in and i got to pick my time, so that was cool. they offered tea, coffee and juices at breakfast. fruit, toast and pastries were brought to the table and the full english was delicious.

the check in was very easy and friendly, i felt very welcomed. the front desk guy shows me how to use all of the doors. i booked breakfast there too and it was very simple and efficient.
